FAQ's

1 - Do you trade genuine sales parts only or after market as well?

We only sell genuine parts but when this is not applicable for old models we also offer OEM quality aftermarket.

2 - How long does it take to receive a part I have ordered?

For stock items the order will be processed within 24 hours after payment and you will receive email for the progress of your order. Orders placed late afternoons or during the weekends will be processed the next business day.

For non-stock items our team will contact you for delivery time.

3 - Do you ship orders outside Cyprus

Yes, apart Cyprus, we also ship to all European countries

4 - What is your shipping method?

For inland orders we ship with GAP Akis Express and delivery time is same day or the next working day.

For orders outside Cyprus we ship with Cyprus post or TNT. An estimate will be given for the cost before you proceed with order.

5 - What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa , MasterCard and Wire transfer to the following account in Bank of Cyprus IBAN: CY75 0020 0195 0000 3570 2821 3951 Swift (BIC) : BCYPCY2N

6 - Do you accept orders for products that are not in stock (Back Orders)?

In case the product you are looking for is not in stock then we can place the order for you. 

7 - What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days after order received under the following terms

Parts are not used or installed and remain in their original packaging.

Packaging is in the same condition as was received.

Returns are not accepted for parts which have been ordered from abroad.

Returns for electronic parts which their packaging is not sealed (factory sealed) are not acceptable.

8 - Is there any warranty on the products you sell?

We offer 1 year warranty only for parts and not for fitting. We will accept a claim if there is proof (Repairer Invoice) that the part was installed by a professional. For electronic parts we want a copy from a diagnostic unit showing the fault code concerning the part.

9 - Do I receive Invoice for my order

Yes, we always issue and email you your Invoice and payment receipt. All notifications will be sent via email so please make sure that you check your email regularly and that includes your junks folder as well.

For safe email deliveries, make sure that you add GENPARTS.COM.CY and GENPARTS.CY to your safe recipients list.
